I didn't know this place existed until recently. I went here today for the second time. Both times I have been very impressed with the attitudes and helpfulness of the employees. This is kind of the opposite of what I have seen at a lot of other places in the past. Not that everyone else has been a bad experience but these guys seem to make it a point to excel in customer service. This is definitely the place for beginners to go to learn. There are a lot of people in there to learn how to shoot. We need more of this in Arizona. There are too many ranges that have employees that think you owe them something for gracing you with their services. They have a good deal right now on a membership. I might have to take them up on it.
Anyone else notice this?

I just went to the Scottsdale C2 for the first time about a month ago, and for an indoor range, I love it. I signed up for the 556 family membership, and I've been in there once or twice a week since. So far, all the staff has been great.

With my membership, I have free handgun rentals included. You're supposed to have to buy ammo from them when getting a rental, but they've let me use my own as long as it's name brand and not stuff I loaded. Also, several times I've been in there, they haven't even changed me for the few targets I've used.

I've run a squad at C2 Tempe for around 7 years and I'm still impressed with their customer service and attitudes.

I have been in there several times and like the people and selection. I did have a bad experience on one visit due to a young salesman that thought it was a good idea to tell me how stupid I was for asking for a specific product, one of the other salesmen came over about the time I was getting pissed and intervened, I got the impression that the new guy was going to get counseled when I walked away.

I have been on squad since Tempe opened. Both C2s are great, especially needed in this heat. The ranges are well kept, sales and information is terrific and busy right now. Squad membership is the way to go. Shoot anytime they are open for $150.00 a year, with reservations.

I have belonged to several indoor ranges over the years and overall I would say C2 has the friendliest people. Their range isn't quite as nice as Scottsdale Gun Club but perfectly adequate and they are quite a bit closer to my home. I've been impressed with some of the things I've seen the RO's do. With the squad memberships I'm happy with the cost too.

It's a good place. I live about 5 minutes away and love being able to shoot in some air conditioning.
The prices for the lanes are reasonable. The retail is a bit pricey but to keep em around I still buy a bit of ammunition and stuff occasionally.
