Buddy is going on his first mule hunt and is looking for a budget range finder for now most likely sub $100 anyone have any recommendations that they have used?

I dont have an answer, but im in the same boat, going on my first deer hunt next month, so in for answers.

I did see a leica rangefinder for sale at cabelas for 170, if anyone has tried that one? Dont know if ive seen any for sub 100 though? Maybe amazon, but couldnt imagine itd be worth the money...

I have a Bushnell bone collector 4x20 rangefinder that seems to work well. Haven’t had it out in the field yet but seems to work well pointing at stuff off the back porch.

I happen to have an extra one BNIB i was going to throw on eBay but PM me if interested.

Check out Play It Again Sports. I found a golf rangefinder for $70 a couple years ago. 300yd, water proof, and it's been accurate for me. It's not high speed camo or anything but it gets the job done well enough to make the shot.
