Anyone here watch the whole hearing? I've seen clips, but haven't seen the whole thing. So far it seems most of his answers make him appear to be more libertarian than past judges. You guys think he is gonna get the seat? Thoughts on whether you like his stated opinions or not?

I haven't watched the whole thing......can't because if I watch too long I'll pull an Elvis and put a bullet hold through the TV.

I like what he says and stands for and yes, he'll get the seat. No doubt in my mind.

Libertarian? Probably he is like me, libertarian with a small "L". I register Republican and vote that way though, because a Libertarian has no chance whatsoever of getting elected and I won't throw my vote away.
