BREAKING: The US Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit just ruled that THERE IS NO RIGHT TO CARRY

While the context of the case is not yet clear – the NRA said it wasn’t its case – the gun rights organization said the ruling affects multiple states, several of which are “constitutional carry” states that don’t require a permit.

"not an NRA case"
Where they even aware?
Probably not, too busy funneling all that sweet donation money to the cronies pockets and figuring out new ways to ensure our rights endure by "compromising."

Useless.

Well, it's not like "bear arms" means "carry guns."

These are the "bear arms" that the Dems think our founding fathers were talking about.

It's a Hawaiian case, specifically the Big Island, brought by Alan Beck, a civil rights lawyer who lives in Hawaii on behalf of a Hawaiian resident.
