These two states are where a lot of people are moving to... most fleeing their former states. In AZ a lot of 'Californication' is going on and phucking up the politics here. In FL it is the east coasters fleeing NY, NJ, etc... but that state has gone blood red!
WTF?!

Except for the gators, pythons*, skeeters, humidity, and giant hurricanes, FL sounds like a better choice.

(*not the guns)

DeSantis and Rubio ran their campaigns on the issues that are actually impacting people today. It’s no surprise that people responded to sound policy.

Lake and Masters went the Trump puppet route. Luckily for Lake, Hobbs is a reincarnation of Hillary and turns most people off. The same can’t be said for Kelly.

have to mostly agree. I think Lake had real substance especially in comparison to Hobbs but it looks like holding on to Trump and his endorsement were ultimately poison. From everyone I heard that is left or middle left .. Lake being aligned with trump hurt her. Blake never had a shot.

I'm hoping from this point forward the Republicans will run on issues and support solid substantive candidates and let go of any dreams of residual Trump magic fairy dust to win elections. Need more than fairy dust.

DeSantis ran as his own man on a record of success.

NYC is a funny place. It is loaded with young Transplants which make the most lefty noise but the boroughs are FAR more socially conservative. The retirees that leave for florida are older and sick of NYC politics not just the cost of living.

The bigger question is Why was FL able to count its votes in one night and here we are 2 days out and still dont know who our governor might be?

He’s poison and the sooner people stop pumping his ego, the better off we’ll be. If he’s still relevant in 2024 then we have no chance.

He may run and campaign as he sure as hell listens to no advisers but himself, possibility court dates could interefere with campaign stops.
