I am eagerly awaiting the arrival of a new safe supposed to be delivered tomorrow. Now that Ducey has issued his proclamation, I am wondering does safes get included with firearms as being essential?

:angry-banghead: :angry-banghead: :angry-banghead: not sure as the make and model as I don't have my paperwork handy, but just heard from the safe movers and they said no delivery for the foreseeable future. Finally bought a good safe and can't get it here. F*@k me runnin!

I have 5 bad disks in my neck and back and it weighs 800 lbs. so sadly that is not an option.

sorry, homey.

I am across the state from you for now, or I would try to help.

many of us have dealt with you throughout the years, and might be able to help

Spoke with the manager he said it's the company that he subs the delivery that chooses to shelter in place. Asked for me to give him 48 hrs to get another delivery outfit to do it instead. So we shall see.

That’s a good last update, hopefully they can find someone to deliver it. If not, maybe we can arrange a moving party? With 10 people or less of course...

thanks for the support from everyone. I am going to see if the safe outlet comes through. If not I will keep you all posted

you got it.

I was able to move mine with pieces of pipe, per help from the site. Didn't think it would work very well, but it ended up going remarkably smooth.

+1 on the pipe, you use small diameter steel tube and just place one after the other like a conveyor belt. If you have a smooth floor a uhaul or harbor freight moving blanket placed under it also works as a skid. For final placement, Lowes sells a 36x6" workmat designed as a stair tread protector and i have 2 of those under mine which allows me to move it when empty for final positioning.
