Donald Trump and Elon Musk think this country belongs to them. They're taking everything they can get their hands on, and daring the world to stop them. On Saturday, April 5th, we're taking to the streets nationwide to fight back with a clear message: Hands off!

From John Farnam:

3 Apr 25

“Without warning, the axe can fall on any neck, absent regard for ‘justice’”

James Agee

Here it comes!

In February of this year, corrections officers at Collins Correctional Facility in NY went on strike. They were quickly joined by corrections officers statewide (at what few state prisons that, like Collins, have survived the state’s ongoing campaign to close all prisons)

The main reason for the dispute was the recent leftist-backed HALT Act (passed in 2021 and subsequently expanded), which prohibits prisons from placing violent inmates into solitary confinement, making working conditions for state correctional employees impossibly dangerous.

Democrats, including NY’s governor, were warned of this outcome when they passed the HALT Act, but they did it anyway.

Since HALT’s passage, many correctional officers have quit, so “under-staffing” has subsequently made working conditions even more dangerous. Remaining officers are getting attacked and injured by violent inmates more than ever before.

NY’s governor’s response was to fire striking corrections officers and order the National Guard to deploy and guard state prisons.

We're learning that NY will now precipitously release many dangerous convicted felons back out into the community, for no other reason aside from prisons’ inadequate staffing!”

Apparently the “National Guard Solution” has not worked-out so well!

None of the foregoing is a “coincidence!”

There is an organization with the title, ”Communities, Not Cages” which is extremely influential among Democrats.

CNC is a cynical prison-abolition movement. Their stated goal is to make NY the first state to completely abolish all prisons and jails, and they are succeeding.

Cash bail, even for violent felons, has already been abolished!

In NY, violent, dangerous felons, who represent a personal safety risk to everyone, are turned-loose the moment they’re arrested, don’t show-up in court, and getting them sentenced to a genuine prison term is extremely unlikely, as the state’s prosecutors are instructed not to seek prison terms. And, even the precious few violent convicts who are confined to prison will be released long before serving their sentence,

... all because of “understaffing”

We can look to other blue states to blindly follow suit, despite this demonstrated outcome and predictably rapidly-rising occurrences of violent crime.

Simultaneously in these same states, good, productive citizens (who don’t commit crimes) are piously scolded by these same Democrat/socialists because we want to own guns so that we can protect ourselves from genuinely dangerous criminals whom Democrat politicians absolutely refuse to arrest, prosecute, nor incarcerate!

All of which brings us to this coming Saturday, 5 Apr 25!

ANTIFA, BLM, and a number of other violent leftist packs are putting-together a loud, threatening, vehement “national protest” on Saturday. Most of it will take place in blue metro areas (which are good places in general to stay way from)!

Vandalism, invasion of private property, personal mayhem will predictably occur, as it always does with these leftist thugs, and they will depend upon our leftist media to lie and describe it all as “mostly peaceful,” as they always do!

However, their thinly-veiled violent rhetoric betrays the real purpose. Those anywhere near these “protests” will hear their chorus of Communist chants endlessly repeated!

And as we see, particularly in NY (along with all other blue states), criminals have nothing to fear from police, no matter what they do, as police, prosecutors, courts are all under the control of their reliable Democrat supporters/promoters/apologists.

Leftists’ vile hatred of capitalists, secure borders, an actually functional criminal/justice system, public order, good manners, good and decent people in general, knows no bounds!

This Saturday will be a good time to be far away from blue cities.

/John

Anyone know what a 20 round drum of #4 buck in a KS-12 would do to a crowd of "peaceful protesters"?

Asking for a friend...

16+1 in my TS12, and you can reload while you're shooting if you needed to.

Have a great, gun carryin', Kenpo day

I guess carrying that is like being shot in the knee by a friend when a bear is chasing you...

Second best is the first...

Big nothing-burger. They're gonna cry and scream like overgrown toddlers and that's it. The only threat I see here is heart disease and diabetes as 90% of "gun-guys" haven't taken a class or seen their toes in over a decade.

That could not be a more true statement for the "gun" guys I know. Or the "civil war" crowd that I see and work around. I pissed 1 guy off when I told him the only thing he would be fighting for is AIR. We did a 100 push up a day challenge for Feb and had like 4 takers. I was the only person over 50 that jumped in. I tried to tell people do 4-25 times a day and they all said nah I am good.
