Yep, I own a couple.
A K100 that I've modified pretty heavily for competition shooting and a P11 that was my EDC for about 2 years.
Great guns, the barrel system really reduces recoil and they are accurate.

What kind of mods did you do to your K100? I love my K100.

I put a fiber optic sight on the front, changed out the hammer spring, sear spring and did a little sear work to get the trigger down to a bit less than 3#, baseplates to get the mags to 23 rnds.
Not really much, I said heavily because there wasn't a lot of info out there at the time so I had to do a lot of trial and testing along the way.

Is your K100 the MK7 or MK12 version? And where did you the get the fiber front?

I ask because I just got a brand new Q100, and I want to get a FO front sight for it. I can't find one ANYWHERE. Dawson? Nope. Eagle Imports? Nope. Century Arms? Nope. Global Ordnance? Nope. Not even the Grand Power website. I did see a video by some Czech guy where he put a CZ75 SP01 front sight in his P11. But looking at my MK7 K100 and the new Q100, the roll pin holes look like they are located in different spots.

I have a K100 X-trim and a Q100. My son has a P1 Ultra. The X-trim and Ultra are the best production out of the box pistols I've owned.

I still have a problem getting the rotating barrel lined up to reassemble it but that's minor for the way they shoot.

You don't think as highly of the Q100 as you do the hammer versions?

I like the Q100, but I've used a hammer fire for more years than I want to admit. Kind of like asking a Jeep standard transmission guy why not an automatic. No real sense to it just what I'm used to.

My first venture into striker fired was an XDM. I bought the Q100 later and like it much better for accuracy and reduced recoil.

The K100 cocked and locked is my throw back to 1911s. I could shoot a revolver and my thumb still swipes down on the left side of the gun every time I draw it to release the safety.

I only added mag extenders and played with CZ mages that I got cheap to work in the GPs. The K100 X-trim version works great out of the box and that's my favorite carry. I had Alex (Boriqua) make a thumb snap holster for it and I'm happy.
