Bahrullah Noori, 20, has been indicted on four charges that allege he engaged in sexual acts with minors. According to court documents, Noori touched the genitals of one victim in three separate instances, once using force, in the barracks and bathroom at Fort McCoy. The indictment also alleges that he tried to engage in an unspecified sexual act with another minor victim.

According to court documents, the victims were between 12 and 16 years old. A gender was not given for either.

Tucson is preparing to take in hundreds of Afghan refugees and local organizers are asking the public for help. Tucson city councilman Steve Kozachik says Afghan refugees are on their way to Tucson and for some of them it's not the last stop on their journey in the U.S.

"The first group of refugees will be arriving at military bases in the Phoenix area. We know that’s not their final destination, they will end up at other military bases in the refugee resettlement agencies and with next of kin. Right now, it's all over the map,”Kozachik said.

The City of Tucson and other local organizations are preparing to make the transition into American life as smooth as possible.

The families are expected to arrive sometime within the next few weeks. Between 300 to 500 of the more than 65,000 refugees headed to the U.S. will land in southern Arizona.

On top of that:

Once the Haitian refugees get to Tucson they'll be processed by Border Patrol. From there, migrants will then head to Casa Alitas temporarily, while they are set up with other families who are living in the states already.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) started to schedule flights from Del Rio to Tucson on Tuesday.

News 4 Tucson has confirmed that migrants are arriving at Casa Alitas and have have been doing so for the past few days.

This is one of the many straws that broke my back and made my decision easy to pop smoke and move out of Tucson for good.

Tucson was okay when I lived there (82-87). The only thing that's still good there is the food. Luckily, they're at least opening some Eeegee's up here. On the other hand, "up here" isn't much better these days. I'm getting really close to bailing and heading back to Kentucky.

I agree, we hands down have the best messican food ANYWHERE.

Eegee's sold out from being locally owned to some corporation and the quality is just not the same, which is really sad.

Definitely the best Mexican food.

Well that's interesting about Eegee's. I drove out to the one in East Mesa and got an original grinder. It was actually a bit of a letdown. I chalked it up to freshman employees not knowing exactly what they were doing, but maybe the overall quality just sucks now?

that's the consensus of most of the Tucson folks that remember how they were before the sale a few years ago

This is the straw…..you have a strong back. I left that shithole when I had enough strength to walk more than a mile.

I was toughing it out until the kids were grown, which they are now.

Selling one of the houses and moving all my crap to the Ajo house until I find/build a place with some acreage and start the "compound/retreat".

Sh!t, I am already retreating...from Tucson.
