A few new features and fixes

I've added and fixed a few things. I've now run through my entire list of "things to fix" and "features to add", so if you find anything else, let me know.

• Ajax chat feature added

• 
  Multiple attachment picture uploads (use traditional method or drag and drop)

• 
  RSS feed w/customizations

• 
  External links open in a new window (but you can change it in your control panel)

• 
  Signatures are enabled and on (if you don't want to see them, you can turn 'view signatures' off in your control panel

• 
  Lots of other settings/features in the UCP as well

• 
  Oh, and the forum time is CORRECT!

Added a breadcrumb menu (hover your mouse over the "Board index" link just under "Quick links", to see and use it.

Also added "Reputation" to users. You can see a user's "Reputation" under their join date on their posts. Or you can go to their profile for details and to leave reputation or feedback. For example: https://www.arizonashooting.org/forum/memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=55

and

https://www.arizonashooting.org/forum/app.php/reputation/55

I called it "reputation" as I didn't think it needed to be specifically linked to feedback from transactions. Several of you have asked for this feature - and for a long time, even on the old board.

I know I'm going overkill on the features here, and probably a lot are unused or won't be used much (chat? RSS?), but as is typical with us, we'd all rather have it and not need it, than need it and not have it.
