I know the conventional wisdom is to only shoot cowboy loads in a converted cap and ball revolvers, and for guns like an 1860 army or 1858 new army I understand that. Was curious if this has to be followed for bigger guns? Taylor's makes conversion cylinders for Uberti versions of the dragoon and Walker; can those handle hotter loads or are they delegated to cowboy loads as well?
