I stopped into Arizona Firearms today in Tempe to pickup a transfer and they had 112 cases of 1000 rounds of Tulammo 115 grain steel cased ammo stacked on the sales floor for $600+tax if anyone is interested.

If not interested, please keep the negative comments out of this thread and reserve them for the people who care, which is no one.

I do not, or have ever, worked at Arizona Firearms. But, I will always support PJ and his crew.

On another note, they also had a very healthy stock of Sigs, Glocks, S&W M&P's (no Shield Pluses), and quite a few Springfield Armory's.

I was there about 2 1/2 weeks ago to pick up 2 transfers and handguns were very sparse.

Just thought I would pass this on to anybody that might be interested.

That's less than Miwall at the last Crossroads Gun Show. I think they wanted $769.

I guess people will take what they can get, but steel? 🤮🤮🤮

Every time I look at my ammo stocks, I am so happy I bought cheap and stacked deep.

glad I dont need cases either but I do pick up a few boxes of stuff here and there at market prices. Yeah it hurts some but I like to help replenish what I shoot out of my stash. Once things normalize to whatever they could be Ill get into picking up cases again.

It maybe steel cased ammo, but, at least it is out there for someone to do some shooting. I haven't seen very many 1000 round cases of brass cased ammo lately. And, certainly not at that price point. I'm not saying it's not out there at .60 a round, because I haven't been looking for it.

I am just posting what I came across, in the case it might be beneficial to some.

I realize it's considerably further away (for those of us in Phoenix Metro area or Tucson)...but I just got an email from J&G. They're selling Wolf 7.62x39 for $379.00 for 1K round case. That's almost affordable!

I remember when Wolf 7.62x39 was $99 for 1000 rounds, all day, every day.

Yep. I remember when it was $69 per thousand (though, I believe that was a semi-regular sale price). Sure wish I'd bought a couple more dozen cases.

But, for today...$379 is the cheapest I've heard of lately. While it's still more than I'd care to pay, I'm hoping that it's a sign of a positive trend, in regards to ammo pricing.

Seems like things are easing some what. I've been seeing 9mm more regularly available online. Natchez has had 1000 round bulk packed CCI for $549.00 pretty regularly and it's taking a couple days to sell out. Primers are dropping at Midway and Midsouth fairly often but sell out in minutes still.

At least half of the cases are still there.

Dropped by to pick up a Remington 41 targetmaster 22lr had earlier today.

Better ammo, less expensive, brass cased, and in stock.

Theres a gun store in Tucson that has Federal 124 gr brass cased for $23.99 a box.
They only let you buy five boxes at a time but it is still cheaper than anywhere else I have found lately.
They will also give a 5% military discount off that.

The first time I went there they had a line in front of the door waiting for the store to open.
I don't wait in line for anything so I left.
I came back in the afternoon and they still had some.
I am working down the road and drive by it every day and there is always a line.
I stop by on the way home and they have always had it.
Apparently they only put out so much each day , but it is a bunch.

I drive by right around 7:00 each morning and people are already lining up.
The store opens at 10:00.
Who in their right mind would wait 3 hours just to buy 5 boxes of 9mm ?
