In light of the Liberty Safe fiasco, I'm contemplating if swapping out a digital lock to an old school mechanical lock is worth the effort or even possible. I'm aware if they want in, they are gonna get in but why make it easy. Has anybody got knowledge or experience on the subject?

I have an 1187 12 gauge that is difficult to cycle manually. It looks like the magazine follower is protruding a bit too far into the action. I see that they sell replacements in aluminum. Is this a common failure point?

Anybody else hear about this? Not seeing it covered in the local news
