Thoughts on best reloading stores in the greater Phoenix area? Bruno’s? Dillon? Others?

For all intents and purposes are there any differences between any transferable AR full auto lower as far as functionality is concerned? I think the colts have different sized pins? What happens if you get an NFA lower and it either wears out or breaks?

New to the area wondered where would be a good place to shoot in N Scottsdale by Carefree. Are there any private clubs or recommended places in the Tonto NF? I know about Ben Avery but prefer not to shoot with people I don’t know. I like long range precision 1000 yd and pistol.
