In the last year iv been looking into changing medications and leaning towards medical marijuana. Seems safer then prescription Meds. If I take that route, is my gun rights at stake?

I got a $500 budget for some shotguns 12 or 20 gauge. I’m interested in waterfowl and bird hunting. Any good options? I would like to find 2 in that price range.
