Hey guys. Im active on many other hunting/shooting related forums. Hadnt heard of this one until recently. Im in Az and do a lot of rifle, shotgun, and archery hunting as well as target shooting. Im looking forward to the new content on this forum.

I have been looking at getting a 357 smaller frame revolver for a while, like the looks of the ruger speed or security six. What should I look for as far as wear parts? I dont know what typically wears in a revolver. Thanks

I have a Marlin 1898 pump shotgun that I have read cannot be fired with current shells. Has anyone heard anything like this? What is the actual flaw that does makes it un safe?
