Unapproved tactical braces

My question is
If over 20 of their models aren't evaluated and approved, as per the ATF, why haven't they been shut down and all of the illegal stuff seized?

Maybe it's not illegal and they can't really do anything until it is actually attached to a pistol.
Just a thought.

A case against a guy who owned a bumpstock was just dropped because they couldn't prove it was a machinegun, and there are probably things along those lines going on with braces.

The ATF really should be abolished.

I think the case was dropped because the defendant was about to bring a former ATF Officer to testify that it is in no way a machine gun...so instead of allowing case law precedent to be set, the ATF dropped the case. Not the first time they have done this...a year or so back they dropped another case against an 80% “ghost gun” defendant because testimony would have proved any stripped AR-15 lower is not a “firearm” by ATF definition. That would have really screwed things up for the ATF.

Bunch of thugs making s*** up as they go along.

Colion Noir did a great 20 min interview with the owner of the company that makes the Honey Badger, and he said he was really trying to work behind the scenes with the ATF, and something happened where he threw up his hands and decided to go public with the full story and how the timeline really went since this whole charade started. I can't seem to find it now.....
