in casa grande you have to have a water certificate in order to develope or build on anything, with assurance of da water, not a bad deal, essentially the State dept in charge of subdivisions had at one time some sort of requirement, but have to say that was way back in the late 70s, early 80s as far as i'm aware. Haven't kept up, but expect some citys of only get water from pumping to begin the rationing of water certs, especially since the drought continues, pretty sure all the CAP water is spoken for.

South Cove boat ramp at Mead is no longer touching the water according to some people that went last weekend, said it was a three ring circus watching people trying to find a place to launch
