I want one but I'll wait until the "ME FIRST" crazies have their fill. In the meantime, I have my Shield or G26 to carry. Oh, and a little P3AT that's been riding in my pocket so long it has no finish left on the slide.

... Yes, still have the Glock 43, but my new pocket carry is the P365SweetKnuckles wrote: ↑May 14th, 2018, 9:04 pm Enjoyed it when I had the chance at some trigger time.
12+1, smooth, good reset, despite the trigger return spring needing to step a little livelier to extension.
Anyone made the switch from G43, Shield or other?

Re: Sig P365 - Hypeworthy?
I own both a P365 and a couple of 9mm Shields. Personally I like them both. That said the P365 is currently my preferred carry weapon. My only criticism of it at the moment is that I find the grip rather narrow. Since the P365 follows the same practice as the P320 insomuch as it's modular, I'm hoping that at some point down the road SIG or a 3rd party releases replacement grip modules for it.

There are reports of the striker breaking with fairly low round counts. Supposedly it was just a bad batch but I'd keep an eye on it if you've got one.
Someone is making a steel one but it costs $99 and I don't feel like you should have to run out and buy a part that expensive for a brand new gun.

I was lucky enough to find one about 3 weeks ago and pain $600, which is basically the MSRP. I've only fired about 50 rounds through it, but I like it. I prefer it to my M&P Shield. It has a smooth trigger action, and the size is perfect for concealed carry.

Shot a 365 a while back. not impressed. See no reason to trade off the 938.

Attended a full day SIG training recently - the 365 trigger return was stronger than the rental gun I shot.
I won't break a leg to get one, but I most likely will before end of year

Re: Sig P365 - Hypeworthy?
I've only gotten 3 in our shop out of the 10 I ordered. 2 are staying with me and the wife. 3rd went to a customer who also has it on him all the time now. When were not carrying a P226 we're carrying the P365s now. Sold all out glock 43s we had and not looking back. Eventually the orders will catch up. For the price you get double capacity and quality night sights with a great trigger. Glocks cost more for less. Most of the stores that are getting them in are just calling other stores and moving them around. Eventually with how low the dealer price is they'll settle around $500 or even less for stores buying a bunch.

I have been eyeing the 365 as well, but want to wait until they work out the bugs. Additionally, I have not been able to find one locally to fondle it. I am not sure if I will like the grip.

Been waiting for the issues to get sorted and supply to catch up . Finally bit last week, picked one up from AmmoAZ for $499. Build date on mine is mid Oct. I ran the first 200 rounds thru it this weekend with no issues. Loved how much softer shooting it was than the SIG 938 it will replace. It is one of those carry guns you will want to shoot.

I picked one up from PSA for $549. Straight out of the box it ran the 124gr reman and 124gr HST without a hitch. The only thing that annoyed me is I kept pulling my shots to the left. The grip is so small, it is really hard not to.
