Just an FYI - Lowes is selling the milspec 5 gallon Scepter water cans for 1/2 off right now. Looks like they are running the sale though 12/14 but I don't think their stock will last very long.

Thanks for the tip, I picked one up yesterday...
My local Lowes only had three left but I found that other locations had as many as 20 or 30 with one having over 100 so check around if your location is out...

Yeah, Happy Valley Rd was out. I had to go to the one on T-Bird and the I-17. Bought two. Seems the one off the 101 and Frank Lloyd Wright had 26.

I went and picked some up yesterday. Website said they were in stock but couldn't find them. Finally found the last case up on top of a shelf. There was a case of then in OD green marked with the $54 price but I wanted the tan ones.

Made by the same company, but that is NOT the same product. Much thinner and cheaper quality construction.

Thanks for the heads up. Picked up a few in Scottsdale while on run to an east valley meeting. I now have a good count of them. These clearly are superior to the light duty blue units shown and worth every cent.

and another 5% off if you have a lowes card. They have ion OD and Desert Tan. I prefer the blue ones for water but those of curse were out. Ordered 4 green ones. Thanks for the tip.
