Re: Guns of Ukraine war picture thread
The part of Ukraine most difficult to defend is the southern part, where it is mostly flat and open. So trenches are common. As a result, "trench shields" are also common, so occupants can observe and shoot while still being (mostly) protected.
A donated M249
Here is a Ukrainian-made Snipex M75 Rhino .50 BMG auto-ejecting single-shot.
And here is another Snipex Alligator 14.5x114mm anti-materiel rifle.

Re: Guns of Ukraine war picture thread
Ukraine has been successfully sending saboteurs over the border into Russia to derail trains and blow up stuff. But they sometimes get intercepted, like this guy.
A couple of western advisers while out shopping in Kyiv. Polish, perhaps? The PM63 kinda suggests that.

So they have a jedi in Ukraine? The mori seem to follow jedi around.Suck My Glock wrote: ↑June 29th, 2022, 11:14 pm
This guy has more than his fair share of toys. He's got a Malyuk bullpup, a Polish 40mm 6-shot revolver grenade launcher and a German Panzerfaust anti-tank launcher on his back.
Here's an uncommon one; this is a Russian PKP-BP - which is the bullpup variant of the PKP, which is the latest evolution of the PKM. This one has been liberated from the Russians and been fitted with a Canadian ELCAN sight off of a donated C7A2 rifle.

A new photo posted by Foreign fighters of Ukrainian International Legion (originally blurred by the combatants). Fighters seem to be carrying an M4A1 carbine and an M240B machine gun —both supplied by USA to UAF.
Here's a Czech VZ58 in the hands of an American volunteer, and some stray puppers.

Apparently Uncle Sugar has pulled the M-60s out of mothballs to send to Ukraine, because here's one mounted on a UAZ-452 (the original combloc 4x4 overlander campervan).
Yeah, that marching stuff is for the birds, man.

A couple 7.62 AKs, a PK belt-fed, a Savage M110,...taking a break from the workday.
Another day at the office with their SIG Virtus rifles.
Roadside boogeyman with his 5.45 Malyuk and NVGs, just waiting for the darkness.

What's better than having 7.62x54R belt-fed PK machinegun? Having 2, of course! Bwa ha ha ha ha!!
This drone operator appears to have a captured AK12 which he has modified with an optic, a paint job and an extend lower handguard.
For the first time I see an UZI in country, held by the fellow on the right. And the guy way in back is hoisting a scoped M14. These are more International Legion members.

This Wagner Group contractor has both a 9x39 VS VAL and a suppressed AK74, terrorizing a Ukrainian baby.
How do you like our rifles, eh? A bunch of Canadian C7A1s.
R&R in Ukraine, with the Malyuk always within reach.
7.62 AKs and a Tavor
Some bizarre sort of bullpup AK with an extended barrel shroud and what appears to be a commercial hunting thermal scope.
A member of the Polish OSZW (Military Police Special Forces) pulling Protective Service Detail for Poland's Minister of Defense while visiting Ukraine, sporting an MP5k with an EOTech
Once again, a Tavor and a couple AKs.
