Anti gun folks gathering in AZ

Hmm, I didn't even know this was going on, I may have gone to have discussions. I wouldn't be surprised if members of this forum, and the other that shall not be named "gun owners" forum were there with "protect the kids" signs

They were all over the country. Turn out in the dozens or hundreds in some places.
I'm not sure any place had the huge turn out they expected.

My only wish in all of these discussions is for people to come to the understanding and realization that no matter what laws and restrictions are in place an individual intent on breaking the law has no concern for those laws and restrictions.
It is such a logical common sense thing that I am constantly baffled how and why so many just don't understand it.

Common you say? Stupid is the "common" condition, and it has been for centuries. Logic is for the few, not many have it. It's the reason there's so many warning labels on products.
There's a reason the phrase "common sense" is generally predicated with three words: It Should Be.

If they wanted to protect the children, they would have been holding signs like this. But that is not their goal.

Know a 20 year elementary teacher who is armed and trained and CCW anytime she is not on campus. She would gladly carry at school. If they pass Red Flag laws they’ll probably take her guns away. The fact that she carries is a ticking time bomb. So it’s a nice idea but it needs even more regulation on gun carriers. Don’t even get me started on Uvalde PD; armed, trained and useless in a crisis.

As it should be.
Just because it happens. Doesn't mean it's not child induction into porn.
I don't know what I would have done if it was my kid that was introduced to this crap.
Probably would not be looking on this side of the fence/walls.

"Organizers with March for Our Lives Arizona tell ABC15, initial counts indicate around 5,000 people marched outside the Capitol."
Lol that number wasn't even close. They shot the angles from tight spots to make it look like there was more people. Had I not had anything to do I would have went down and heckled some folks, but then again I had better things to do with my time.
