I truly dont have a favorite. I collect older single stack 9s. I carry Tupperware 9s, Glocks or Walthers. But if I had to pick one to get buried with I suppose my Hardchromed custom Hi Power.

I have to say two come to mind. The first one my Dad bought the year I was born, it is a S&W .357 5 screw frame. It shoots as good as the shooter is. The second one only because it constantly reminds you what you're doing is my metallic silhouette pistol, a Thompson Contender in 44 magnum.

Generally whatever non-essential silly purchase of something I don't actually need or have a use for that I have somehow illogically convinced myself that I can't live without.

Re: What is your favorite hand gun?
M18 for me w/Sig trigger & Romeo 1 Pro. I was a Springfield guy (still am, I guess) for many years, mostly because I didn't like the square feel of early Gen glocks. Got to try a M18 eval model & was super impressed...best handgun I've shot right out of the box. Bought one last year and it's been love ever since, especially since I added the RDS this summer. Then again, I'm a low-key type & never had the opportunity to shoot a high-end Kimber or anything similar. I guess I'm easily amused.
