Re: Biden State Department Bans Import of Russian Ammo and Firearms
Wolf .22 ammo is the only stuff I’ll be directly affected by as far as actual Russian ammo, but SK is a suitable substitute. However, the ammo squeeze across the board is gonna get worse for awhile. Biden and his administration all need to go choke on a big ol’ bowl of dicks already…

Years. If the sources I'm watching are correct you are talking about 40% of the market. The ripple effects are going to be felt in ammo prices and availability for a long time. We now have entire brands of cheap ammo that are not just unavailable for purchase, but are no longer present in the market to drive U.S. companies prices down through competition.
American ammo manufacturers now no longer have to compete with wolf and tula for American's plinking budgets.
Perfect timing though. Either people are too distracted by Afghanistan to notice or notice and it distracts from Afghanistan

I agree with all the points AR-15Man says. You can kiss Tuia, Wolf and other Russian ammo good buy. Better stock up now if you can find any,AR-15Man wrote: ↑August 21st, 2021, 12:05 amYears. Was talking to a friend and he pointed out that this was nothing new and that most of the ammo is being made in ukraine. This has been the case for years.

This has nothing to do with Russia.
It is about gun control.

The better question needs to be had on their board if you want to shoot the people's round is who has the dies and re-loaders for brass casings for these. I know the other stuff can't be reloaded but can't this?

Time to break out the 22lr again and wait for things to calm down.

OMG! Are you people for real? If anyone on this board is panicking about ammo shortages/prices, powder, primer prices/shortages, your not doing it correctly.
I agree with King. It's all about control

If it's truly made in Ukraine, they all they gotta do is get busy re-printing new packaging.
But, I'm sure it's not quite that simple.
