The only difference in the concrete used in reactors and a house is the PSI.
Most construction is done with 2500-5000 PSI.
Reactors are 6000+ PSI.
The reason they use higher PSI in reactors is because of the domed top.
I have built several buildings with those styrofoam blocks.
It's a great way to go and at the time , only cost 10% more than it would have with stick frame and stucco.
