Purple lettering?

Not a big deal, but I wonder what is causing occasional purple letters to show up on this site? I start at the top of the forums and work down. When I get about this far down, the text shows a large number of purple letters, not in any obvious order. I use Firefox, if that makes a difference. This doesn't occur with any other site I visit.
