Can you put a HOME button at the top?

Would it be possible to ad a HOME button ("Board Index") to the top just underneath the banner? I keep having to scrrrrrrroooooooolllllll all the way to the bottom to hit the Home button. Or perhaps put it at the top of the Quick Links menu?

Okay, I see the error of my ways. It's already there below the banner.

You can only delete your own post/topic within 5 minutes of having posted it. After that, only mods and admins can delete topics and posts.
