I have been a member for years. Well worth it. It’s closed to the public right now. When it reopens, it’s open to the public on Saturday’s. Keep in mind it’s a roughly 2 mile dirt road drive once you turn off 87.

You know us city slickers need help 😂😂. I won’t tell you the story of how I buried a Lexus up to the fenders in mud a few years ago at the range when it started to rain. 🙄🤣

Hey, it happens to country folk, too! After the last rain storm, I had to pull a young lady out of a road ditch, just a quarter mile from her driveway, when she tried to turn around to get something she forgot at home. Four wheeler just got her more buried than she could handle.

Been a member there the last 5-6 years. It’s nice to be able to drive up on a weekday during the summer and stay a little cooler while getting some practice in.

That's what I'm thinking. Are there any kind of shooting restrictions during Summer when Tonto has fire restrictions?

Not that I recall, it’s private land. Looking back through my club emails I can see where smoking was restricted on the range, but shooting was permitted during NFS restrictions.

That place was supposed to be kept secret for the locals. Never advertise your shooting spot on a forum! :D
