well at leaast the last sentence of your post made sense, and its nothing we haven't all known for years, meaning both the millenial comment and the nra comment, only way to change them is to stop the money flow till something is done, but whats your idea, since you are one of great knowledge, lots to say, but any avenue of resolution,

old a..hole chasing answers

The Dems hate 'em so we love 'em! Good luck getting guys like Wayne out, they have million dollar suits to pay for. I'll give credit where credit is due, I wouldn't step down either if idiots kept pumping money into my account. There is a reason pete brownell stepped down as president, he realized nothing can be done. Funny how everyone shy's away from that. Also, research the NRA Cinncinnati revolt in Ohio (I had family there) People realized a long time ago the NRA was screwing us, it spooked them, and they made damn sure they could keep their power and not have it jeopardized again. If you want the NRA to stick around, whatever, but there should be multiple and equal parties. Ya know, that little thing called checks and balances...There's some old saying about putting your eggs all in one basket, but hey, I'm just a dumb 28 year old millenial, what would I know? Good luck. :handgestures-salute:
The issue with Brownell what really awoke me (or WOKE me or what ever you want to call it). To this day I have never seen "Why" he stepped down ? Not to many people even want to talk about that ? I have suspicions, and after this last set of issues with another President of the NRA, it becomes clearer.

The problem we have is we can't kill the NRA - the org is way to large where 80% of their members pay their dues and never look back. I quit the NRA back in the 90's after the AWB went into effect and they did nothing to try to stop it. But back then I wasn't as dedicate shooter and never really voted for the BOD. I returned when obozo got elected, because they are still the biggest elephant in the room. I wanted to see them do more, but after finding out that the BOD has no power over management, I said to myself "This is more of a socialist dream than a representative republic" Wayne has never appeared on a Ballot ????? Now we know why after the "Col. North" issue. Unfortunately, voting for the nominated BOD's, until everybody there puts there foot down and QUITS, leaving Wayne by himself, cleaning the barn out is just about impossible. With that I don't bother to vote, means nothing and maybe that is the best protest ? Vote for none, plus write in the removal of WL !

With that, the NRA isn't going to get anymore $ from me until my membership gets close to lapsing (2022). I will continue to support the GOA & of course my beloved AZCDL with yearly donations.

To reform the NRA will require major bylaws changes:

1 - Reduce the BOD to 24 people from whatever the hell it is now.
2 - BOD must be nominated by petition, no more BOD recommending BOD members.
