Health benefits of target shooting

#1

Post by Doc Holliday »

Interesting articles out there about the health benefits of target shooting...improved eye-hand coordination, better balance and posture, greater arm strength and stamina...concentrating on the sights and target can lower heart rate and reduce blood pressure and stress...outdoors, fresh air, walking back and forth downrange to change targets...

I'm going to have to contact my health insurance provider and let them know about this...with all the money I'm saving them by not having blood pressure meds and preventing blood clots or even a heart attack, I'm sure they will offer to pay for my monthly ammo in order to keep me healthy...after all, it's GOT to be cheaper than trips to the doctors office... :D

Hey Doc, I know this is in jest... but, that doesn't sound any more crazy than some of the BS I read from the Deep State.

Maybe this is something Bern and Liz can put in Medicare for all, therapeutic range time.

Question: How do you propose to pay for all this?
Answer: With a tax on Bloomberg. He has way more money than he needs, and he wastes it on starting and running anti-rights organizations.

Not to mention you'll probably be more accurate by practicing a lot and that could actually save your life. Accuracy is everything.

This is BS. My blood pressure goes through the roof and I swear like I have tourettes. Unless of course I am hitting targets, then everything is peachy.
