Looking for small inexpensive space for an FFL

#1

Post by Racewin »

I am considering getting my FFL, and would like to do so in a commercial space. Does anyone have any leads on a cheap commercial rental space (would only need 90ish square feet)? I am fairly flexible on location-Phoenix, Peoria, Glendale, or Surprise. Thanks in advance!

Try 67th ave and Greenway north west corner there is a little center that sits back away where C-3 Arms started out, From what he said he did really good business there and then moved to a larger location. I believe it was around $500 a month or so. I was going to take the spot after he left and pick up the customers looking for him but decided I didn't want to sit in a store all day. It is west of 67th in a little alley way that leads to I think a self storage place.

Thank you for the recommendation, but yes, that is where Arrow Security is. Please keep other suggestions coming.

OP, unless you are looking to open a retail shop why cut into your profits by renting a location to do transfers?

Because they are most likely situated in locations the owner could afford. High traffic = high rent.

Bingo!

In his defense that was probably in the second week of business school.

Sorry to the OP. Sometimes I just cant help myself. It's a character flaw I'm not proud of.

But I do enjoy the hell out of it.

OP, check out Loopnet.com; they are a commercial real estate listing site. You should be able to find something listed on there.

Despite the attempt at sarcasm it is actually just another Capt Obvious moment.

Yes a smart business owner knows to start within their financial range and then expand/relocate as they can afford to. Over extending yourself is the fastest way to loosing it all and shutting down.

Opinions from you again. Like a turd in the ruff. Still just a turd.
