Getting the $5,000 back at this point is less meaningful to me then criminal charges. If he got a few years in jail and I got $0 back that would be a win at this point. Darryl losing $12,000 probably doesn't feel the same but probably would be up for restitution plus jail time.

Just file a complaint with the AGs office. Nobody ever got back to me with what we needed to add everyone to a big group complaint. They AGs office said they just keep getting them and they're going to go ahead and file criminal charges.
