After working with the community for a couple decades, i'd say you can't put any of them or any great percentage in a "slot" of recognition, as one most items they are independent, with exception of most of their desired rights, all other things take the well known back seat. no pun intended.

I've had to fire several employees over the last few decades because of their hate speech and or rants after working on one of their projects, pretty clear the nay sayers are in doubt of their own sexuality, now there is a zinger, gonna get some flames on that one, just my opinion.

It makes sense to me as I feel rights are rights. The biggest impediment, or perceived impediment to gay people coming to the gun side is the very religious groups, which I think make up a large part of the pro firearms conservatives.

My issue with the gays is they run around with this we love everyone horseshit but in reality is we hate everyone who does not believe what we believe. They have no respect for a Christians opinion that what they do is wrong and instead of agree to disagree it is eliminate all Christians. This and gay parades piss me off because if we had a straight pride parade we would all be homophobes. If they were more like you have your opinion I have mine it would go along way towards people accepting them.

nothing pc about it, its about respect, may not like their lifestyle, but are still people, clients on occasion, if the worker ranted about a mexican or a black i'd do the same, we are all the same, and in the same boat, some row, some bail, some steer, and some just point and shout the "sky is falling"

The origins of many of the gun control concepts go back to the idea of keeping guns out of the hands of black folks in America. If you are not armed, you cannot defend yourself when angry racists show up...the same racists who don't want you to be armed.

Just met a lesbian couple at a neighbor's birthday party, a few weeks ago, they have been friends with the mrs for a few years,in her book club,... I don't get out much.

Talked with one long enough to find out she carries when she feels the need. She is a lefty with a gun,... interesting combination. But, then again, I just met her,... give me a year.

Plenty of lefties own guns. They just don't believe the anti-gun laws they push for will effect them. As they are the smart people who can be trusted.

All gun laws are about taking the teeth from the dog so when they decide to cross the line there is no bite in the bark. They think twice about taking on a pitbull but will just kick a little yapping toy out of the way.


They = Treasonous tyrannical government.

Bite = the use of those guns as a tool of the will of the people.

Every maligned group should be taught the empowerment that comes from full membership in America and the tools that come with.

As for negative actions like seen by some in the pride parades that are solely to offend and desensitize? I try to revert to rules about dealing with annoying kids. Ignore them till they are irrelevant and it wont be fun for them to act out anymore.

We have gun folks who do the same stupid s*** regarding some of the open carry protests. We do it for the same reason the gay pride people act out. You, you as a general term meaning anyone, may disagree as to the reasons or right to do so but it comes from feeling infringed upon.
