We the gun community, whether we get along with each other or not are on the same page. But look at the enemy. Dems and people who dont want any resistance to their socialistic agenda. They are slowly gaining power to the point of making law. f*** Law. We need to expect the fact that we are a dying bread and treat it as such. Stop arguing over stupid s*** and come together as a family.

Ding Ding Ding ....Winner! instead we eat our own. Just not smart.
I said the same in the thread where people were commenting " Hic ..if he don spek as gooda english as I do fuk him no gun"

Dumb .. there is strength in numbers of like minded people. We should be the Jehovah Witnesses of the gun world and recruit wherever possible. Instead lets attack fellow gun owners because they may have a different opinion. yup .. feels just like the old AZS. Have at it boys.

People who demand a background check on a private sale shouldn't own guns to begin with.

and I dig it .. but .. he is not "demanding" anything. Only a higher authority can do that ... like the laws being produced that were posted about above. That qualifies as a demand because there is no way to purchase without jumping through those hoops. We cant buy through an FFL without doing a 4473 ... that is a Requisite!

He is a private person making a private sale and can set the terms of his sale to whatever he wants and everyone else has the right to say "nah .. not worth it to me"

If I decide to sell my motorcycle and in the ad I put "but in order to complete the purchase you will have to sing a few bars from fiddler on the roof" .. anyone can decide for themselves if that is unreasonable.

I do know people with no criminal background and no reason NOT to purchase new that CHOOSE to purchase only on the secondary market because they don't want a government trace. They are not crazy conspiracy theorist. Just guys that prefer their guns stay off the radar. They would not be his potential buyers .. Done!

Truth is I think everyone should have at least a couple of guns that haven't gone through paperwork.

Having said that .. I doubt everyone here that has posted negatively has never bought a gun that went through channels. I have no stats to back that up but I would bet that at minimum 80% have bought a new gun through an FFL and its got a trail and you left happy as a clam with your new gun.

Dont get me wrong fellas .. If he came on here and said .. "AZ is crazy and I think we should work to pass a law where all AZ private transfers have to go through an FFL" I would be right with you pitchfork in one hand and torch in the other.

He didn't say that exactly, but he did say something close to it:
A_C Guy wrote: February 24th, 2019, 5:15 pm I do all my personal sales at AJI for this reason. If someone is not a prohibited possessor, then they don't object.
So he essentially said that anyone who objects to the FFL is a prohibited possessor regardless of what they may say which is definitely what pissed me off.

Hey Flash
I agree that second statement from AC guy is TOTAL bullshit. Like i said in my post above I know a few people that are fine upstanding guys with no criminal background that could legally purchase in a store but Choose not to and like I said .. I think it is just smart to have a couple of firearms that aren't on the sheet and I can walk into any store and buy so I have other reasons.

So agree! There are other very valid reasons not to want paper even if you are not a prohibited possessor and classifying all people who do not want to partake in your private FFL sale as people who are hiding something is ... well .. not good.
but
I am referring to the OP.
This is all he posted "Any FFLs in N/W Phx. that will do the Background Check for Private Sales?"

Coming from an oppressor state I know how easy it is to have what you consider basic rights and choices removed and I personally believe that the strength is in numbers and mindset. How in the hell did men (defined as having a penis) get to have laws put on the books where they can go to the ladies room and we are losing inches feet and yards with every few years.

Shoot .. I think we should have a "take a snowbird to the range day"!!

Well, I must post my exception to the statement about "eating our own".

This is the internet gentlemen,... no one that comes here are qualified to be OUR OWN, or, NOT OUR OWN!

I find members to fall into three categories, when it comes to these political discussions,... patriots who understand the current threat to our Constitution,... infiltrating political enemy trolls,... and, finally, those who have no clue how to direct their energies towards a positive outcome of the threats we now face.

I have a simple procedure for dealing with any of the above three categories,... I simply contemplate the statements posted, and then judge how they should be replied to,... period.

Is this gentlemen promoting firearm purchase procedures contrary to our State Law,...an infiltrator, a dumb patriot, or, a smart one,... I don't know,... I don't care,... this is the stress less convenience of just reacting to what is published.

"EATING OUR OWN",... I can't say, and, I don't think anyone else can!
