AIWB and BAM!
Be care full how you carry and what you carry. Lesson to be learned here for sure. I have not and would never carry a Glock IWB at all.

For AIWB carry, I bought a HK P30sk (V3) because it has a hammer and a .....de-cocker.......ummm maybe I need to rethink that.

I'm trying to figure out where the ego superseded common sense.
I'm thinking he tucked some shirt in with it.
I'm nearly sure Travis Haley would want to get to the bottom of this (if not already,) to protect the brand.
I hope an outcome gets revealed somewhere.

Re: AIWB and BAM!
I saw this earlier today.
Replayed it several times and still don’t understand how the weapon discharged.
As mentioned above, T-shirt/undershirt in the trigger guard!? I can’t see it...but OUCH!

ND/ADs happen. People only seem to get excited when it's AIWB.

I've been carrying a condition one Glock both appendix strong and appendix cross draw for 18 years, and I just don't see how that could happen without something getting caught in his holster somehow.

Re: AIWB and BAM!
Yeah, I would say something made its way into the holster, or maybe he did some modding to the pistol. I carried a Glock 26 and Glock 19 AIWB for a long time and used the G-Code Incog Eclipse holsters for quite a few years, I now carry H&K's AIWB. It's hard to see a lot on the video, but it looks as if he is carrying that holster pretty deep, I couldn't see any of it sticking above his belt line. The Incog holsters (like most kydex holsters) have the bottom portion of the trigger guard area pretty much open. Riding as low as it seems to be in the video increases the risk for boxers, undershirts, whatever, to make its way into the the trigger guard area of the holster. Having at least the upper half of the trigger guard area portion of the holster above the belt line helps to ensure it stays clear and is easily visually inspected (also allows you to have a proper grip on the pistol for drawing). Also having a full guard on the holster helps to prevent under shirts from making their way into the trigger area when holstering as well. It looks like he cleared obstructions from the top of the holster when reholstering, but it's unclear whether he visually or physically ensured that the trigger guard area was clear on the deep carry holster. At least that is my take on it. Hopefully info comes out as to what exactly happened.

The four firearms safety rules are as follows:
1 All guns are always loaded.
2 Never let the muzzle cross anything you are not willing to destroy.
3 Keep your finger off the trigger until you are on target and ready to fire.
4 Be sure of your target and beyond.
When he put that pistol in his holster pointed at his dick, he believed he was infallible.
He is human and the gun was made by a human, so is subject to Murphy's Law
"Anything that can go wrong will go wrong".
I'd rather shoot my dick then my femur or femoral.

Re: AIWB and BAM!
I carry Glocks always... and always use a holster and Saf-T-Blok,
Also, as previously mentioned, when using a concealed carry IWB holster I never re-holster in place.
It has been a few years since we learned about the Plaxico Plastic Pistol Perforated Penis Piercing syndrome...
