Sadly these days 16 can look like 25, when I worked as a photographer for close to 10 years I encountered models that were in the 13-16 year range but if they had a fake id you would have believed they were in the 20's. Wondering if this girl misrepresented herself as older and if she is getting paid by someone to screw him a second time??? I am thinking this guy is smarter than this but he could be that dumb.

I hope he can use that fact to shield him from prosecution for the terrible crime of consensual sex with a female who basically defrauded him or at minimum misrepresented herself.

This guy most likely is getting screwed, everything you said is true, but I am not certain the law works like that. I am pretty sure that even though she lied on the web page, once he met her in person he is required to make sure she is legal before screwing her.

Now that he is a fugitive and FIBI/Interpol is involved he has few choices where to hide- Uruguay maybe?

This guy most likely is getting screwed, everything you said is true, but I am not certain the law works like that. I am pretty sure that even though she lied on the web page, once he met her in person he is required to make sure she is legal before screwing her.

Nah, he's screwed. The way that law works he could have her on video showing an ID and signing a notarized affidavit affirming she is over 18 and he would still be convicted of statutory rape or "sexual assault of a minor" as they call it.

That is messed up. The person said in court they lied and the couple still got sentenced to that much, the system is broken.
