I have not purchased a pair of Levi jeans since about 1990 when the price when through the roof and the company started catering to the "metro" crowd. This move towards gun control is not surprising as they seem to have a strong following from the SJW crowd and they are very apparently catering to their main customer base and effectively alienating the right. So much for being a "inclusive" company.

Divisive politics at its best....

My take on it would be, if you are a multi million dollar company and take a stand politically, you will alienate half, more or less of your customers. Doesn't seem like a good idea to me.
Just my .02 worth.

Stopped wearing Levi products 20 years ago when they first go into the business of funding Anti-Gun causes. If you are still wearing Levi's, I would suggest you wake up and look at Wrangler, Lee, or any other brand that doesn't promote Extreme Gun Control measures.

Besides, I'm too old to wear jeans. Remember that dilemma? At what age do you stop wearing jeans?

I didn't realize there was a dress code for how old you are.
I guess I missed that memo.
At what age am I supposed to trade in my Wranglers for a pair of plaid shorts and suspenders ?

Those plaid shorts and suspender fellas are golfers, don't you know...
Besides, the dilemma of what age to stop wearing jeans is still in debate. I am 70 and still wear jeans around the house. Going to town, well, then out comes the Dockers.

Super Trucker wrote: September 6th, 2018, 7:25 pm Levi said they didn't want to be associated with truck drivers about a decade ago and pulled all their products from truck stops. So I have bought Carhartt products ever since.
People are stupid and will continue to support these fools, I make certain I do not though.
Really, the truckers?? Guess I missed that
So truckers, gun owners, next it's farmers?
That tells me the only market they have left is punk kids that only have their parents money to spend....Who are farmers, gun owners, and truck drivers...

I would love to find a pair of super expensive pre 1900 Jean's to publicly sell and use to buy every evil featured black weapon I could afford. Maybe a case of magpul or usgi 30 rounders to take into a store and put a free one in the pocket of every pair of levi Jean's I could find.
