At a glance - this is fantastic news all the way around. It applies in the 2A space by taking away the administrative law foundation that they have used to do all the expansive crap that we've seen them do recently - but more-so it will be something that applies in every area of government, forcing the legislative branch to negotiate specific law instead of legislating in a nebulous way and letting the executive branch agencies do the dirty / expansive stuff that legislators don't want to take responsibility with voters. This is a really good day.

Yahooo, and they said cases will be heard in regular courts, not by an ALJ judge that works for the department making the rules.

This is a true Two-fer.

Yes - it puts the question of whether the administrative agency is following the law into the hands of a separate organization - not one beholdin' to the agency - with the ultimate check being SCOTUS... It's a huge blow to the power of the deep / administrative state - so it's a very good day!
