I must say, the gent has an outstanding philosophy. No manufacturer turns out perfection. It's what they do to rectify things, and take care of the customer.

I've dealt with them a few times, never had a problem and something about them really clicked with me. This only confirms my positive feeling about them.

They had pretty serious shipping issues/delays back in the early days, but I've been completely happy with every purchase I've made in the last 5 years.

Bought a metric shitton of tinker toys for old boys from them, yet to have an issue... Oh, and I'm a total roll mark whoor for their stripped lowers 😁
