Ugh. It wasn't upheld.
They failed to get an injunction. The court case is still there, and there is a chance that the FPC can win...in the future....after all of this registration...SBR...brace stuff is enacted.
In other words, kiss your braces good by, because even if FPC can pull a win out of this, it will be past the 120 or 88 or what ever days you have left to register.
I believe this only applies to those in the 5th Circuit (someone please correct me if I'm wrong, incomplete).
Not only is this a step in the right (correct) direction, but it can help with other similar suits.
I'm sure Sens. Sinema and Kelly are all over it to protect our rights and uphold their oaths ....
