I don't think they would be. Just won't be able to shoulder them as that is what 99% of us used the brace for anyways.
And there you have it, advertised as NFA:

That might be just a left over tag from the Honeybadger listing. The other 2 braced pistols, a DD and Noveske, are tagged Semi Auto Handguns - Tactical.

I think FATF has way overstepped once again, but with the recent SCOTUS ruling in West Virginia vs EPA precedent has already been set for overturning their brace ban.
I agree with Gunslinger808. Typical ATF overreach :naughty: :naughty:

Uncle Sam knows I have it since I filled out a 4473.
Here’s the thing, Uncle Sam has no idea what you bought other than it was a long gun, handgun, or other.
I just learned something thank you! I figured since the serial number is on there they would know. Also off topic I think I remember you from the old forum and I did business with you. Do you do Class 3 stuff?
Yup, still doing it.

so with a wave of their tiny aft hands there is no such thing as an AR pistol, anything with a barrel under 16" that has a buffer tube is now an sbr...

"(4) whether the surface area that allows the weapon to be fired from the shoulder
is created by a buffer tube, receiver extension, or any other accessory, component,
or other rearward attachment that is necessary for the cycle of operations;"

Hopefully this leads to the death of the entire unconstitutional s*** show that is chevron deference and at minimum damages the aft and the nfa in general. Complete bs.

Nice rant, but that’s not what that paragraph is saying.

I've got two AR pistols that have no buffer tubes, and a few more with "just" a buffer tube.

Have a great, gun carryin', Kenpo day

I have not done any of the SBR forms before .Is there anyone willing to give a class on them for a fee? Also do you need fingerprint cards for each braced pistol?
Thanks
