They would be on the cargo plane and out of the country minutes after arrival. They would go somewhere where you can own whatever the hell you want and nobody can screw with you. In other countries especially poor ones you can buy full citizenship and get whatever rights you want or need. Expensive but easy to get then you just order stuff you want and it doesn't even go through customs when it gets there. Not as easy and cheap as it was in the 90s after the COMBLOC dissolved. I wish I had the money and savvy back then to go make it happen. That was when you could get an entirely new identity in Romania or Bulgaria for just $5000 bucks.
