Primers and fire do not mix well, m'kay?
Basically, this guy was clowning for the camera and joking about how these primers were "expired", so he dumped 3200 of them at once in his burn barrel on his farm. Dude is lucky to still have his fingers!
On the YouTube video he explains himself. But just fast forward to the 8:25 mark to see the goofiness.

Who was holding his beer?

I still have IMR8208 in barrels from I think 1967 and a few pallets of Winchester primers I got in a estate sale that are in the old white boxes. Never heard of a expired primer but the powder is getting hotter as it ages. Will probably load the powder and shoot them this fall. And why would he not just trim and form it into 300 blackout brass and use the primer in the damn case.

I don't think that was beer. Seemed like he was also burning some rope
