Lieutenant Ken Rhee (former Korean UDT/SEAL and dual U.S./Korean citizen) primary loadout during his time in Ukraine. He was recently wounded and went back to Korea for treatment and to heal,...whereupon he was arrested for violating Korean law that forbade Korean citizens to go fight in Ukraine.

Ruger Precision Rifle with a massive suppressor, reflex camera used for spotting
Recent photo of a foreign fighter/medic of Ukrainian Territorial Defense Force (former medic of YPG).
The fighter appears to be using a civilian/semi-auto AR-15 rifle with a scope and a suppressor.
Semi-auto rifles still being used by some medics/small groups behind the front lines.
