Another “Exhibit A” for the argument requiring gun owners to have mandatory firearms liability insurance. The premiums could be significantly reduced by proof of firearms training. The more training, the less your insurance costs.

How is she defending her home? The scums were running away. If she would have hit one of them in the back and he died, what then. What would happen to you in Phoenix if you shot someone in the back while they were running down the street, no danger to you. You know what would happen......
