Re: Missouri police chiefs want changes to new gun law
60 Minutes did a segment on this topic a few weeks ago, might have interviewed the same people. The part that stuck in my head was a story a police detective told about a man who threatened to kill his wife with a gun, pointed it at her while drunk, beat her and drove off...and the detective said they couldn't do anything about it because of the new gun law. Do other states not have any state laws? There are 3 prosecutable felonies in that sentence.

There are subversive elements in the federal government that want to destroy the 2nd Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America. If we had a trustworthy federal government that would actually defend the Constitution of the United States of America then it would not be necessary for states to take these measures. It is too bad that some corrupt police chiefs are also part of the anti 2nd Amendment cabal.

You and I both know there's "something they could do". There were threats and action taken, states have laws to prosecute those who don't abide.QuietM4 wrote: ↑November 24th, 2021, 8:33 pm 60 Minutes did a segment on this topic a few weeks ago, might have interviewed the same people. states have laws to prosecute those who don't abide. quote;
lol, if only that were true and factual, well the state law part is, but its who executes the ''states laws'' that makes it viable, and in the past few years its been, well non existant

Indeed, prosecutorial misconduct is indeed a major factor in these events.

If you really think about it. Since the constitution is actually written to limit the government and NOT the people. Why would a “CONTROLLING” political entity power, (democrats), want to preserve the one and only document that limits their power over the citizens? Why would they want to lose control.
Remember they are all about control.
