Sad .. why would you point a gun at someone and pull the trigger ... Whether you think it's loaded or not.

Sad but there is no excuse for it. He should be charged with manslaughter at a minimum. Things like this give guns a bad look and its hard enough with the fake news.

Man, this is awful. A weapon is always loaded until you’re sure it’s not… and then it still maybe loaded.

I am a slow learner, but I am starting to pick up on the concept that the newspaper headline is not always true. The "accidental" shooting at C2 earlier this week had me assuming it was accidental, but it turned out to be suicide.

Maybe this really was an accident, or maybe the guy murdered the girl, then made up the story about "I didn't know it was loaded! Sue the manufacturer for not putting a warning label on the slide!"

At this point, no telling.
