Went on an airplane trip recently. (With my mandated face diaper, of course.)
While waiting for my plane, I logged onto the free airport wifi, and decided to check in on AZS. Ist verboten!

The website you are trying to access either presents a security risk or is not allowed under your organization's acceptable use policy.
Did you know you are a security risk?
Where else have you been denied internet access to AZS?
I have run into that all over. Places like Home Depot or Walmart, if they provide free WiFi, all use some sort of filtering spyware to ensure they aren't being used as point for downloading kiddie porn and such. The spyware companies include any and all gun content websites as well.

Where was this?
This was likely whatever "free" service the airport has contracted to broadcast...at no cost to the airport. Rules of the provider, not the location.
I travel A LOT, and have never had this happen. Not on the ground, not in the air.

Indeed, City of Mesa network has such software, very configurable, and logs like there is no tomorrow. They were after the employees who were looking at sextube type sites all porn, services existed to just download packages to block category A, B, J, etc. That was in 2002 I was doing networky things so I am sure it just gotta be version 163B2 by now. As I recall lots of firestation puters showing up in the logs, 24 hours on....
The provider at Sky Harbor is something called "Boingo."
I have had the same thing happen at a Jack In The Box. Don't know if it's all, or just that location.
Don't know about anybody else, but I am mightily offended by being categorized alongside kiddie porn.
How about this? "We prohibit offensive, disgusting websites like child pornography, Christians, Jews, vaccine "misinformation" and guns." Yeah, no thanks.
I have been blocked in other locations from accessing nra.org. What about Trump-related sites, or Israel-related sites? Or Fox News? What would CNN say about a company that banned access to Black Lives Matter?
Their software, their rules? Fine, but instead of shrugging, can we work up a little disgust with their rules?
