It will get appealed to the Supreme Court. Then if they refuse to hear it or end up agreeing with it then it would be. It still would have to be implemented and they would slow that as long as they could.

It will be heard en banc, meaning 9 appellate court judges will hear the case, then SCOTUS if they uphold the judgement.

It's going to be at least a year until anything is official.

If you join the Army Uncle Sam will give you a gun when you are 18.
He will even let you go to war and shoot people with it.
Heck , he gave me one when I was 17.
Why can't civilians have the same right.

Then again have you noticed some of the 18 year olds running around these days ?

I turned 18 while living in Michigan and I bought my first handgun in a private sale, which was legal. I just couldn’t buy from a dealer until I turned 21. Seems silly, but then most federal gun laws are.
