I live down the street and we saw a lot of smoke pop up about 3:45pm. Unfortunately it looks like it came from Bear Mountain. Very sad.

I think there was a back room not open to customers behind the wall all the rifles were on. If memory serves correctly that wall with all the guns and glass cabinets was probably about under where the right most AC is on the roof. The reloading powders on display were on the far left side of the display cases (Bottom left of building in picture). The most burnt corner I think was where the archery stuff was at. If you right click the image and select open in new tab it will get larger.

I can’t believe it. They actually fixed the giant potholes in the parking lot.

In the 70’s and 80’s I sold pelts to them. They used to handle tons of furs. They used to have a huge fur tumbler in the back.
I think it was called B&M traders.

I went in there a few months ago looking for some reloading components.

I don't think I've ever been inside a sporting goods store that was as unorganized and discombobulated as that place is.

I certainly hate that it happened, but I'm not at all shocked.

Yeah, there is a VW in one of the potholes under the asphalt.

A homeless lady used a butane stove to cook something on the back (top Left side of the picture) Archery lane exterior wall. Caught the wall on fire. The archery range has been torn down for now.

The fire did not get into the main Showroom from the Archery Range even though they were joined by a wrought iron gate. Praise God and our Mesa Fire fighters!

We are still open, but we are working in the parking lot. We will be installing an 8 x 20 air conditioned Conex box as a Construction Command center on 8/14 and are helping customers on site 10 to 6 weekdays and 10 to 5 Saturday.

We have 9mm, 40 SW, 45 auto, 12 gauge, 223, 5.56, 5.7x28, 7mm, 7mm-08, 243, 6.5 PRC 30-06 is on the way (Nosler BT).

Mention this post and get an extra 50 dollars of a new Mathews V3 or Atlas Bow when you pay cash. Offer expires 8/31/2021
